[How to Use]
Mix it with another cosmetic (up to 20%) and apply it the way you do with any serum.
(Example Formula. Add 1/2 teaspoon (0.8 oz.) of Vitamin C Powder to 2 1/2 teaspoons (4 oz.) of any water-based liquid (toner, serum, water, etc.) = 20% Vitamin C Serum.)
